Henrietta Cook, 55, of Indianapolis, left this life to enter the holy kingdom Sunday, June 28, 2009. She was born July 21, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Henry T. Cook and Rhuetta (Lightfoot) Merrideth. She was a Foundary Worker at International Harvester for five years. Henrietta is survived by two sons, Charles L. (Lisa) Banks, Sean A. (Sonia) Cook; two grandchildren, Jordan and Garrett Banks; a sister, Charlesetta Cook; two brothers, William H. Merrideth, Burgess Merrideth. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Anita Merrideth.At the families request there will be no services.
